Police said Victor Stanton's vehicle has bullet holes in the side of it because he tried to run from police at a checkpoint in Summerdale.
Stanton, who has been arrested more than 50 times, escaped after almost running over two officers. Police said he ran after they smelled marijuana in his vehicle and began to question him about it.
