$Escambia County Sheriff\'s deputies arrested Coy Carter for allegedly shooting his estranged wife\'s boyfriend in this shopping center parking lot in Cantonement. The ECSO says Carter and the victim got into a fight while Carter dropped of his children to his ex-wife. Since the shooting happened around the children, he was charged with child endangerment.$
